TRACKING

CENTURIONCARTEL & our delivery partner will provide tracking updates with all information needed to identify your parcels location. This will be sent via text, if a number is provided. If not, updates will be sent via email.

Your reference number is between 9 and 27 characters long. You’ll be notified of it via SMS or email. 

It may be called a barcode or a reference.

 

We will keep you updated with your parcels location. However, you can also check your order(s) delivery status. To do this, click here and enter your reference number.

 

RETURNS

If you are looking to return an item, we are here to help.  

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 

To be eligible for a return:

  • Unmarked or torn and in the same condition that we sent it.

  • Your item(s) must be in the original packaging. 

  • Your item(s) ideally need to be returned with the packaging slip.

  • Original Tags must still be attached. 

  • Face masks / Underwear. If the hygiene seal is not intact or any labels have been broken.

SALE / OUTLET. We do not offer returns for these products. However they can be exchanged for a gift card. 

* At the moment we do not offer free returns. Therefore you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item(s).

 

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your debit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the funds within 7 days, depending on your card issuer's policies It can be longer. 

As we do not currently offer free returns yet. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
